1. Prices are per room on a room only basis including taxes and VAT.
2. In the process of your reservation you can add extras, such as: Breakfast, Infusion Set or Welcome Pack.
3. In general, you will be charged a deposit of 1 night, to be deducted from the total amount of your reservation, the rest will be paid on the day of your arrival at the Hotel, the credit card requested is a guarantee of the reservation. You can cancel free of charge, up to 48 hours before the day of arrival, unless you have chosen the non-refundable rate.
4. Check-in and check-out times.
ENTRANCE: Starting at 13:00 p.m.
DEPARTURES: Until 11:30 a.m.
5. Reservations are treated securely and under application of the Data Protection Law (Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December).
6. Cancellations or Modifications.
Up to 48 hours before the day of arrival, free of charge without penalty, if cancelled later or in case of no-show, 1 full night will be charged, no discount applied. The first night, without discount, will be charged as a deposit, after your booking is made.
Once you are staying at the Hotel and you wish to check out before the booked departure date or modify the contracted services, you are obliged to pay the full amount of the stay contracted in your reservation and there will be no refund whatsoever.
For cancellations or modifications you must do so by the confirmation email received on your booking confirmation form. If you have any problem or doubt, you can consult directly with the Hotel.
For certain dates the Hotel may require a minimum number of nights stay.
7. Non-refundable rates.
If you choose this type of rate, full payment for your stay will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking confirmation. This rate is cheaper, but is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, modification or no-show at the hotel. If for any reason such a charge cannot be made, we will proceed to cancel the reservation at any time prior to your arrival at the hotel. You will be informed of this by means of the Contact Details provided in the reservation.
8. Children or Third Persons, Sharing the same Room.
Children under 2 years old: Cot free of charge, subject to availability and on request, maximum 1 cot per room..
Children under 4 years of age: Free of charge, sharing an existing bed in the room, in accommodation only. You can also hire an extra bed for your comfort, rate according to season.
Children over 4 years old and Adults: Extra bed in double room: Rate according to season. It is compulsory to contract it.
9. Accepted credit cards: Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro, Amex and 4B.
10. If the credit card holder provided for the reservation does not match the guest, please contact the hotel in advance. An identity document and a valid credit card are required for check-in. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise the credit card prior to check-in. In case the card is not valid, you will be contacted to request a valid card. If more than 24 hours have passed, the reservation may be cancelled.
11. The CLIENT submits to Spanish law and to the local jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Malaga, in accordance with the Tourism Law of Andalusia.
12. Parking, The establishment does not have private parking or garage. The hotel does not have a bicycle storage area and it is forbidden to bring bicycles up to the rooms.
13. The Hotel does not admit pets of any kind.
